Our History

REIKON specializes in complete design/build of custom homes and renovations as well as general contracting. Our president, Michael Patrick Mawhinney has over 30 years of experience as a general contractor of luxury homes, cottages, and corporate centres.

Michael’s assets include his passion for perfection in craftsmanship and his commitment to customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the large quantity of repeat and referral business we receive. Mike’s extensive knowledge of the construction industry and his ability to work with all personality types make him a tremendous asset to any project.

Michael co-founded REIKON with our Vice President, Ann Marie Breen with a mission to offer first class design build services to our customers. Ann Marie’s education and background in engineering at Arizona State University and Honeywell, coupled with her training in design and passion for finding the ‘perfect plan’ for each customer, makes their teamwork the ideal pairing for the REIKON mission.
